I Got Crabs At The Jersey Shore
Ok, I know, ew. But it's not what you think. It's actually a Crab Fondue recipe that I picked up from a friend. It's really good, super easy, and tasty as all get out.
Jersey Shore Crab Fondue
1 (5 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab meat, drained, flaked
1/4 cup light cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Cayenne pepper to taste
2 tbs. cooking sherry
Combine Cheez Whiz and cream cheese in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until melted, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Serve in foundue pot with toasted cubed French bread, or raw veggies. Makes about 20 servings.
